PTK - Pedal the Kettle (Moraine)

Our bike club is getting ready for its annual fund raising event. A fully supported ride through some great country that's part the Kettle Moraine forest (North and South Units). I was busy today making cookies for the event. The recipe was one that I remembered finding in the documents of an emacs distribution back when I installed it on a SUN development environment in the late 80's.
